• Successful candidates participate in business function specific academic training
• Offers an 18months rotational programme around the business to develop skills in Branch Operations, Credit Risk, Product and Sale

Required Skills or Experience

Entry Criteria(IG):

• Pitched at undergraduates
• Up to 12 months work experience (preferred but not essential)

Candidates who are:

• Passionate about sales, exceeding targets and building their career in Consumer Banking
• Outstanding relationship builders
• Able to put themselves in the customers’ shoes and understand their needs
• Highly numerical
• Proficient in the most commonly spoken local language
