Overview

• Successful candidates participate in business function specific academic training
• Offers an 18months rotational programme around the business to develop skills in Branch Operations, Credit Risk, Product and Sales.
• Offers high visibility
• Offers participation in the International Graduation Programme at the end of the rotation
• Option to apply for an international role if high performer

Required Skills or Experience

Entry Criteria(IG):

• Candidates must hold the minimum of a master’s degree
• Candidates must speak 2 languages to a business proficient level (one of these MUST be English).
• National Service must be completed before September 2012
• Have an international mindset and drive to be the best
